The Timber
We believe great boards start with great timber.
Our Homestead Collection is crafted from locally sourced eucalyptus timber from a nearby sawmill.
Each board is made from smaller pieces of timber, carefully bonded to prevent movement of bowing over time.

Our Craftsmanship
Each board is hand shaped and sanded, smoothing every edge and surface for a perfect finish. The engraving is applied with precision making your personalised Homestead Board truly one of a kind.

The Finish
To bring our the natural grain and durability of
the wood, we finish each board with:
- 100% natural, food safe pure Danish oil by Natural Paint Co, carefully chosen to protect and nourish the timber.
- Multiple coats applied by hand, ensuring a deep, long lasting finish.
- Natural danish oil, giving the board a warm, tactile feel that improves with use.
This finish is safe for everyday food prep and enhances the natural beauty of your board over time.
Caring for Your Board
Your Homestead Board is made to be used, loved, and part of
everyday life. With a little care, it will stay beautiful and functional for
years to come:
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth; if needed, use a mild soap.
- Pat dry and allow the board time to air out.
- Never submerge in water or place in the dishwasher.
- Keep away from direct heat or sunlight.
Over time, your board will develop character and warmth unique to your home. When needed, apply a light coat of food safe oil to nourish the timber and enhance its natural beauty.
