SHIPPING POLICY

Fox & Furrow currently ship New Zealand wide! 

We are working really hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days from ordering, for your package to be dispatched. 

If you would prefer to make an order via email or over the phone, please reach out through our contact form on the website or email directly to info@foxandfurrow.com and we will get back to you. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

North Canterbury Locals - Get FREE delivery to Out Of The Bleu (98 Carters Rd, Amberley)

Once you get your delivery notification, collect your order from Out Of The Bleu, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am–4pm. Take your confirmation email!


RETURNS POLICY 

We hope you will love your order, however if you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from receiving your order to do so to ensure you receive a refund.
Please ensure you contact us directly before making a return. 


Once we have received the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee. 


IMPORTANT: Please note, we are unable to accept returns on any personalised item as these are bespoke and made to order
